Delivery Policy & Order Confirmation

Orders are only processed once they have been confirmed via a phone call or SMS. Confirmation is typically made within 24 hours of the order being received.

Processing time is normally 24–48 hours depending on order queue.

Standard Delivery

We ship using COD to virtually all locations within Karachi, Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days after the order has been dispatched from our Karachi warehouse.

⚠ Orders above Rs. 10,000 may only be processed with an advance payment of a minimum of 50% or more (depending on order size) via one of the following methods:

Reasons for Shipment Delays
